I have taken PCB but doesn't wish to pursue M.B.B.S. What should I do?
There is nothing about being a PCB student and not doing MBBS. Bio Engineering and Bio Medical Engineering will take a huge boost after the current scenario of lockdown. Both of these courses are also offered at VIT University, one in Bhopal and one in Vellore campus.
Both these courses offer high paying jobs in future. People just don't seem to know about it because the number of jobs have traditionally been less as compared to CSE. But now, job market will see a boost.

It is completely okay if you don't want to become a doctor. See,there are countless fields where you can achieve success. You can go for normal graduation. You can do B.Sc in various courses. You can also switch your stream and pursue Bachelor in Arts. You can go for law related fields,Physiotherapy,Paramedical courses,Veterinary or Agriculture science etcetra. So,find your calling and work accordingly.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
