Yes, you are eligible for NEET Examination.
However I would suggest you to give time and prepare for a year, before you take the Exam. There are students who after securing 100 in Biology, fail to perform in NEET and secure a seat in MBBS at any Government or State Medical Institute. NEET is an exam where besides practice and proper revision, a proper test taking strategy is required besides strategic selection of study material.

What's your aggregate marks or percentage in PCB i. e physics chemistry and Biology? you have just mentioned your overall class 12th board percentage as 82 % but your overall percentage is not considered for Neet eligibility criteria only your PCB the aggregate is considered.
Yes, Biology as an additional subject or optional subject in class 12th board examination is accepted for Neet examination and you are eligible for Neet examination provided
you must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category.
Also, Minimum age limit is 17 years old ,so to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021.
So, if you fulfill these criteria then you are definitely eligible for Neet examination and there will be no problem due to Biology as an optional subject, so don't worry.
