I have taken sixth subject as maths can I appear forB.Tech JEE mains in 2021. I have PCB and English and physical education as other main subjects.

You fulfil this criteria, with maths as an additional subject and you are studying physics , also chemistry and biology as well. So , you are definitely eligible for jee mains.
