i have tfw rank but i dont have income certificate, will this rank will valid or not??

No , you have to make your income certificate immidiately.
There is time for counselling so you have enough time to make income certificate.
If you take admission by your TFW ranking then you will get full fee weiver in college in West bengal.
The necessary condition is your family income should be less than Rs 2.5 lakhs.
Go to your nearby service centre with required documents like Adhaar card, khatiyan, and marksheet and submit the form which will be provided by service centre's agent .
You will get your certificate within 30 days.
