I have this query regarding counseling If I appear for all India quota and in first round I get a college but I don't want that so can I leave that college and instead of going for second round can Ieave the second round and go for state counseling directly after that?

Yes, you can exit from the seat which you have taken in first round and then apply for second round directly. You will have to register for the second round of state quota counselling round before it starts. But, if you have registered for first round of state quota counselling, then you need not register for second round.
It is advisable to keep the seat that you have got in first round as a backup, till you get a better seat in the next round you are appearing for. But, note that, once you confirm a seat in second round, you cannot leave that seat.
