Cse only deals with computer, programming and coding where as ece deals with electronics, communications ( both digital and analog) as well as coding. Providing greater career options. Cse is relatively easy compared to ecs. Any branch that has electronics in it is considered a evergreen branch.

You can apply for ies ( indian engineering services) which will allow you to work in BSNL, RAILTEL etc as an executive engineer. Between cse and ecs i suggests you go for ecs which provides you more career options. It will be a little difficult than cse but it will be worth it

As for artificial intelligence engineering it is a totally separate option and it has high demand both here and abroad. This individuals deals with  machine learning techniques like natural language processing and neural network to build models and power applications based on AI. It requires a lot of computer science specialization. Artificial intelligence is a very lucrative field not only in terms of job but also a fun experience. It provides above average job growth but the industry is very competitive, you will be requiring both an advanced technical background and extensive experience. AI engineers are given rs 8 lakh lpa which is higher than other engineering jobs and the salary can reach as high as rs 50 lakhs pa with promotion.
