Yes, why not. You can always go for an MBA even though you have a three year gap. Try getting a very good percentile in your MBA entrance exam and a good and convincing reason to justify your three year gap in your Statement Of Purpose essays and interviews and you are good to go. Also, during your tenure of MBA, be good in academics and extra curriculars so that your gap is overcome by your accomplishments during MBA and you don't face any problem during placements.
