For registration, it's a universal form for all DU colleges. Registration will happen on the official DU website. Do apply if you don't already have. This is done to create a database of students who want to apply.



After the cut offs are released by the constituent colleges, you will have to go to the college you clear the cutoff in and get admission there. This of course requires you to fill that particular college's form.



In later cutoffs, if you want to change colleges, you will have to withdraw admission from earlier college and then apply fresh in the college you cleared the new cut off of.



So, yes. Initially, it's universal, and then it's individual. Hope this clears your doubt.

there is a single form of Delhi University which you need to fill up for applying in the university. the forms will be released in the last week of may. When the cut offs will be released there will be colleges that matches you percentage and you could get into. So at that time you need to fill in the form for that particular college in which you are taking admission in. After tge release of a cut off a time period of 3 days is given for admission and this needs to be done within that.
