Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Tamil Nadu according to your profile and category as general.
Now for Home state quota and General category, in 2019 the closing rank for NIT Trichy was 35770 for Metallurgical and Materials Engineering and the cut-offs have been raised this year with variation of around 2000-3000 ranks so to get confirm seat in NIT Trichy you should aim your CRL rank under 20,000 means your marks should be in the range of at least 121 - 130 out of 300 marks. To qualify for JEE Mains, there is no minimum aggregate percentage criteria but yes if you want to take admission into NITs, IIITs or CFTIs then you should score a minimum aggregate of 75% in your class 12th if you belongs to General/Unreserved category and 65% if you belongs to any of the reserved category.
On December 16th 2020 the application process for JEE-Main 2021 Feberuary attempt has been started by National Testing Agency (NTA) which is the conducting authority for JEE-Main 2021. You can apply for JEE-Main from the official portal of JEE-Main which is given below :-

Note that this application process will continues till January 16th 2021 and last date for payment of application fee is January 17th 2021 after which neither application nor application fee will be accepted and then after the correction window will be opened for the applicants from January 19th to January 21st 2021. Admit cards will be available for download from second week of February 2021 and the examination will be conducted from February 23rd to February 26th 2021 in two shifts per day, for February attempt.
A candidate will also have option to apply for one Session or more than one Session (February/ March /April /May 2021) together and pay exam fee accordingly. In other words, if a candidate wishes to apply only for one Session, he / she has to pay Examination Fee only for that Session during the current application period and will have opportunity to apply again for the March/ April / May Sessions.
Also from this year according to New Education Policy the JEE-Main examination will be conducted in English, Hindi and other regional languages such as Bengali, Gujarati, Assamese, Kannada, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Odia and Malayalam.
In JEE-Main 2021 there will be two sections for each subject, Section-A will be of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) and Section-B will contain Questions whose answers are to be filled in as a numerical value.
In Section B, candidates have to attempt any five questions out of 10. There will be no negative marking for Section B.
All question will be of 4 marks and in MCQs there will be negative marking of (-1) on incorrect attempt.
