I have to show residential certificate for tsicet. I won't get it for another 20 days. my second phase counselling in day after tmrw. My parents and I stay at my grandparents since I was born the house is at my grandfathers name and all my cards as well. What can i do to show them I am a residentia

In respect of seat reservation of Non-Local candidates in tsicet counselling, to consider them for allotment under unreserved seats the following certificates needs to be submitted. 1. resident certificate or 2. employment certificate.
Residence Certificate: Candidates who has resided in the State for a total period of 10 years excluding periods of study outside the State; or either of whose parents have resided in the State for a total period of 10 years excluding periods of employment outside the State.
Employer Certificate : Candidates who are children of parents who are in the employment of telengana State or Central Government, Public Sector Corporations, Local bodies , Universities and other similar Quasi Public Institutions within the State at the time of applying for TSICET -2020 Examination.
however you have to introduce any of the certificate for reservation of seat of non local candidates for allotment under unreserved category.
