If you have not received your admit card online, below are a few things that you can do.
Contact Your School: Your school will have a copy of your admit card. Contact the school administration and inquire about it. They should be able to provide it physically or help you download it.
Check the Exam Board’s Website: Visit the official website of exam board which is conducting your exam (like CBSE, ICSE or your State Board). Check for any updates or notifications about admit card issuance on that site. Some boards may have procedure to issue duplicate admit cards.
Contact the Exam Centre: Contact the exam centre where you are supposed to appear for the exam. They will guide you how to get your admit card.
Do:
Act Quickly – Don’t leave this until the last minute to get sorted.
Carry all the documents you needed: If you didn’t get your admit card with you, at least carry the ID proof (AADHAR card/school ID) or any other document that was mentioned in the notification.
Keep calm: Panicking is not the solution. Just be cool and start looking out for ways how can this be rectified.
This way you will get your admit card at the time of exam.
Hi
For JEE Main form , it’s generally best to fill all information matches your official documents , especially since discrepancies could cause issues during document verification . I
f your marksheet currently shows an incorrect date , you might consider using that date temporarily to match , if it’s your only official documentation for now .
since you are in the process of getting it corrected , reaching out to the JEE Main helpline to explain your situation . they might provide guidance on how to proceed without risking verification issues later .
Hope this helps you .
Hello,
In your case, you want to ensure that the information you submit tallies with the official records that will be verified in the admissions process. So, what do you do?
Filling up the JEE Main Application Form You shall fill up the JEE Main application form with date of birth as appearing in your marksheet even if it is wrong. This is because there has to be coincidence of information furnished in your form with your current original documents at the time of verification.
Correction Process: Having completed the process for a date of birth correction or having received a rectified marksheet, in that case, you should have the opportunity to effect that change during the open time for JEE Main if available or bring the discrepancies noticed to the notice of examination authorities at the time of verification.
Evidence for Rectification: Retain documents that prove the fact regarding your date of birth rectification request and follow-ups. This would make explanation easier in case someone puts questions on these rectification discrepancies.
There may be complications in verification and your application may even get disqualified if the information you fill in the form does not match the document. So, it would be safer to match the form with your current document and correct it later once your updated records are available.
