I have to take 1 more domain subject but I have mistakenly submitted my form will NTA will allow me to take more domain subject ? Will they accept fees at the time of correction ?

No, you can't add any course to your CUET UG application form after the submission of application.
Revisions procedure will be fulfilled after the stopping of the application process.
It will be accomplished through online procedures only.
Aspirants will be eligible to give rise to revisions in name, date of birth, qualifying exam, course (for which aspirant will nominate ), university (in which candidate wants admission ), etc.
Aspirants who finished off the application form and paid their application fee can give rise to revisions in the form.
As you have already applied you will not be allowed to add another course. But you can change your domain subject and university as mentioned above.
So, the best out of the two.
