I have to take admission in B. Ed. When the admission starts. I get 49% marks in graduation. My honours paper is economics.

Admission process and dates are different for different college/university. Also, most institutions require minimum 50% marks in graduation to be eligible for b.ed course.
You can pursue this course from private or government college.
