Greetings,

What seems to be the problem? could you describe it in more detail, please?

Generally, it is associated with

- Wrong dimensions of photos

- Wrong format of uploading (PDF, .Docs)

- Wrong file size (a need to compress the images)

- Portal issues (technical fault from the back end side)

- Server error (ISP issues,)
