I have two Marksheets in class 12th. one is original and other is improvement with 4 subjects. Do I have to submit both in iim?

Yes if your final percentage submitted during CAT Registration depends on the subject marks in the improved marksheet, you perhaps need to submit both during further admission processes. However it is advised you clarify again from the registration and exam conducting body.
