i have two options for arts colleges shivaji college and maharaja agrasen college.which is best for arts as i was a civils aspirant

Dear aspirant!
Hope you are doing well ! Both the colleges are good but as you are a civil aspirant then from my point of view you should go for maharaja Agrasen college ,it is a good college with a good background many civil officers has selected from this college as I know so you should go for it
