To be eligible for SBI PO 2020 the candidates should have been born not later than April 1, 1999. So for being eligible for SBI PO 2021 the candidates should have been born not later than April 1, 2020. As you are born on 28th december 2020 you are not eligible to give SBI PO in 2021. You will be eligible to give SBI PO in 2022.

As you were born on 28th December 2000 so your age on 01st January 2021 will be 20 years.

To become eligible for SBI PO exam you must have passed your 21 years of life on 01st January 2021 which you did not qualify, so you are not eligible for SBI PO exam.

But for SBI Clerk exam you must have completed your 20 years of age on 1st January 2021 to become eligible for the exam so you are eligible for SBI Clerk exam.
