I have two types of photo 1. Which have mentioned date and name 2.which have not mentioned date and name What should i paste neet admit card

To be on a safer side, please paste the one which has no time and date on it. You will need to affix the photograph on the bottom of the admit card in its given slot. You will also need another photograph for the self declaration form and one for the attendance sheet. You need to fix the ones on admit card and self declaration form before entering the exam hall. But the one for attendance sheet, you need to take it along with you to the exam hall. Your admit card is a 3 page pdf. The first page is the admit card. On the bottom of it you should affix a photograph. The first page also has the self declaration form. Pages 2 and 3 are advisory to the parents and students. You needn't take pages 2 and 3 to the Examination hall. You should carry:

Admit card

Self declaration form

Valid If proof

PWD certificate if applicable

50 ml sanitiser

Transparent water bottle
