I have uploaded a picture in CAT 2017 form with blue background. What should I do now ?

If you have submitted the form and done the payment then no more correction can be done though there are less chances for the form to get rejected. Also there are chances of a correction window availablity then you can upload the pic with light or white background preferably.
There is no update for correction window at present. You can go through the details of correction below:
