i have uploaded a wrong document in place of caste certificate and have submitted the form now. what can i do to correct it?

Hey hil ton....
Relax to not panic. now can you please be a bit more specific regarding which entrance exams form are you concerned. Even though you have submitted the form the exam conducting authority will provide a form correction period in which you can correct the details. If that's not provided then you can contact the concerned authority by a mail of getting the correction done.
