You can contact the concerned people or write them an email regarding the same so they can tell you ways to correct the mistake.

If you have uploaded the wrong doccument then you application form will not be forwarded. so check you doccument while uploading it. you need to re submit the application form by doing all the steps again. all the best have a great future ahead.

sirsubmitting the application again is not possible. i m also having same case and trying for resubmiting. it shows that u have already applied for counciling.
