i have uploaded my photo without name and date...will this cause any problem in accepting my application

I understand that you have submitted a photo which is most likely your photo for some application form of some respective institution without proper attestation, i.e., name and date and so to answer your question this is not supposed to cause any issue as most institutions or authorities do not require these data along with the photo due to the fact that these details are mentioned separately in the form itself however if the same asks for those details attested along with the photo then there might be an issue. What I advise you to do is that you address this matter to the concerned authorities via post while clearly mentioning the discrepancy and also along with it send a photo with the proper attestations at the respective address of the authority.
