If your sc caste certificate is included only state quota list and not included in the current central list which you have included in your JEE main exam form fill up but you will not get any reservation privileges from this cast certificate as far as the certificate is included in the current central list of scheduled cast list.

Yes, you can use the certificate in JEE advance too.See, if your cast certificate is issued by the SDO or above raked officer like first class magistrate then this certificate is considered as central government certificate.And as you have mentioned that your certificate was issued by SDO, you can use it in JEE advance too. You can check the format of certificate requirement on jee advance website.
