Most of the university forms can be corrected by login in with your details, or a particular time period is also given to students for making correction in their application forms, you can try these two ways either try login method and check is there any edit option given or wait for their notification of correction date issued, if they fimd incorrection ,then they Amy give chance to correct it within a due date . Generally a big mistake in a form can be considered for a correction else they usually expect the application form and if you get selected for the addmission, during document verification , this correction can be done.
