I have uploaded thumb impression instead of hand written declaration and hand written declaration instead of thumb impression in FCI form.

Dear Nabeel, unfortunately FCI recruitment application form has no correction window and you cannot make any changes. Once you make the payment and click on 'Submit' what you have entered there, stays there. You will have to fill in a new form and make a new payment.
