I have upper part of adharcard which contains aadhar no, enrollment no,my name and all but lower part(cutting part) which have photo that part was lost so it creates problem during wbmcc (counselling for college admission) and I don't have registered mobile no. so having upr part is f9

UDAI authority declared that the cut away portion is an oficially valid document as it contains all details such as name,address,photograph,aadhar number, logo of aadhar project.
Hence the cut away portion is an essential document . So, you have re order your aadhar card as soon as possible .
