Visual impairment with 30% will not be considered for reservation. Visual impairment with more than 40% and more than the benchmark definition of Low Vision will be considered for reservation.

most of the cases above of 40% visual impairment falls for pwd category and reservation. but it also depends on the organization or the current exam notification as per their eligibility. you did not mention which exam you want to apply, do tell me the exam name, I may help you.
