I have waiting list number of 640 in SCMS noida (1st merit list) are there any chances of getting admission till 2nd or 3rd merit list?

Hello Mehak. I fear you may not be able to get into the college since your wait list number is too high. People with less than 200 have full chances of getting but in your case it is not so. You can try in other colleges and also hope for the best. Good luck.
