Please first of all stop thinking about the time that you have already wasted because that is anyways not going to help you out instead it will give you guilt . Hence you won't be able to study and concentrate. Now it's okay if you have not studied till now . Still you have plenty of time in your hands utilise it . Study ncert and make notes from it . Your school have also provided you with notes . Study them and see for the books your teachers have recommended in class. Solve ncert back exercises after studying the chapters . It not a big deal think that way and utilize the time which is still in your hands. I hope this helps

First of all you don't need to be depressed , it's ok , now you cannot get those 7 months again by depressing yourself and there's no need to worry you still have good amount of time to prepare for your class 11th exam and jee exam if you start even now , there are many students who starts preparation of jee in their class 12th and crack jee with a good rank as well , so just relax and start your preparation as soon as possible as you know it's better late than never, first of all go well through your the theory of the subjects and clear all your concepts and then go for practicing numericals , you can even take help of youtube educational channels for jee preparation to clear your concepts and to finish the syllabus easily and at a fast pace . You should make a routine and try to give at least 8-10 hours to study and you should religiously follow your timetable.
