I have written mains paper 2 and I got EWS 599 rank But I didn't write NATA can I get seat in BITS mesra

Yes, you can get admission and a seat if you have a good JEE score or percentile rank. But mostly the admission is done on the basis of the Common Merit list released by the CSAB authority.
The admission into BITS Mesra is done only on basis of JEE score and not on NATA score, so don't worry.
