i have written my 12 std exam in the year of2006 and i failed in one subject now i want to rewrite the exam is it possible now to apply were i needto apply

Unfortunately, this is not possible. It's very unlikely that you can rewrite your 12th standard exam from 2006 now, as there is typically a time limit for exam retakes. Most of the times, it's only allowed to rewrite the failed exam that year itself so that the changes in the marksheet can be made. However, 2006 was very long back and it's really not possible to rewrite the exam. However, you can still contact the concerned board with your valid reason and give it a try.
