I have written my parents first name only because in my 10th certificate it had only first name ....is it okay to write only first name??

Hello,
Yes, it is important to write the full name as in your 10th or 12th qualifying certificates.
But it is okay because you can correct your mistakes. NEET Application Correction facility will be provided to the candidates from 14th-31st January 2019.
