I hope you ate doing well, yes some college in Karnataka do accept students based on your score in NATA exam. If you have a very good score you can surely joint in the institution you like this I can say kcet is not a necessary option for admission.

For this you will need to go through the official link for the state of Karnataka i.e. your admission will be done through kcet councilling process so apply through that. Go on the official website of kcet.
