i have wrongly entered the year of passing of my 12th exam. I passed in 2018 and written wrongly as 2017. will it lead to rejection?

Usually, in case of competitive exams or college admission forms, there is an option to edit your details and correct them after you fill the form. Usually the correction can be done in a fixed time window a few days after you've submitted the form. So keep an eye on the re-correction date and change your year of passing when the time comes. You'll be fine.
