i have wrongly submitted internship completion certificate of MGR university instead of medical registration certificate . can i correct it during correction window or should i apply new registration?

If this is regarding NEET PG, you can make changes to your Academic field in the application form during the correction window. You need not fill another application. NBE will open its correction window tentatively from December 7th to December 15th and during this time you can make the necessary changes. So please keep an eye on the official website.
