I HAVE year In BTech. Present I m doing Mtech CSE at IIT Bombay..Can sit for Campus placements The companies are accepted or not?

See i don't clearly understand what you mean by you an year in Btech as you are presently pursuing your MTech CSE from IIT Bombay. Nevermind, i think you should have no problem in sitting in campus placement if you want to. There is no restriction whatsoever.
