As you have mentioned that you have opted OBC-NCL as your category in JEE-Main application form so let me make you clear that if your caste at state level comes under the central list of OBC category available at

http://www.ncbc.nic.in/User_Panel/CentralListStateView.aspx

If it does not lie under the above list then you have to correct your category from OBC-NCL to General. The OBC-NCL certificate which you have to upload should be of similar format as available on the official website of JOSAA :

JEE-Main 2021 correction window is now live on ( https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/webinfo2021/Page/Page?PageId=1&LangId=P ) and it will active only till January 30th 2021 so during this time period you can make some necessary corrections in your application form which you have submitted during December 16th to Januaray 23rd 2021. Note that you will not abe allowed to edit all your details but only some details which are mentioned below :

> Personal Details like spelling mistakes, in your name or your father's name or your mother's name

> Information regarding the academic details like your class 10th details or class 12th details.

> Change of Paper will be allowed means the candidates will be allowed to change their choice of paper from Paper 1 to Paper 2 (and vice versa). Both papers can also be selected for which the candidates have to pay the balance fee.

> Language of Examination will also be allowed to be changed by the candidates within the list of available options.

> Name, State of Eligibility, and Date of Birth will also be open for correction during this correction window.

> The provision of changing categories selected by candidates in the application form is also provided to the candidates. If the candidates changed their category from general to reserved, then no refund of fees will be done. However, if the candidates change their category from reserved to general, then they have to pay the balance fee.

> You will also be allowed to remove any of your image discrepancy (if required) as per the prescribed criteria.
