You have to check the eligibility clauses during submission of application. If you satisfy any one of those, then you can apply for PGCET.

now Do u have any idea about it?

If you satisfy eligibility clause, then you can apply. I suggest you to apply as today is the last date and moreover since you have GATE score, you need not write the PGCET exam. You will be given highest preference. I too have applied and I am Gate Qualified.

Some correction I would like to make with respect to my previous comment. I suggest you to apply for PGCET as today or tomorrow is the last date. provided you satisfy eligibility clause you can apply. Since you are not from Karnataka, I suggest you to choose Mangalore as an exam center as it's easy to locate exam center in Mangalore rather than Bangalore. All the best for PGCET.
