i haven't domicle certificates of jharkhand actually i'm from bihar but i passed only 12 th from jharkhand board am i eligible for domicle certificates of jharkhand .my father doesn't have any property in jharkhand state.

Hello Aspirant,
No you will not be eligible for domicile certificate of Jharkhand because you have only completed class 12th from Jharkhand and also you don't have any permanent property in Jharkhand so you do not deserve the domicile of Jharkhand. If you are a permanent resident of Bihar then you must be having domicile of Bihar.
