i haven't downloaded seat allotment letter after freezing in uptu councelling and the session is end now can i download it?

First of all you should have done it as seat acceptance letter is very important in getting admission to your desired college but nevertheless if you have not downloaded then after sometime they open the portal again for downloading the same important documents but again that it not necessary that they will open only so you should mail the counselling authorities and contact them and they will definitely help you in this regard
