I haven't fiil the GUJCET exam's form and exam is on 18th April still i have chance to appear for the exam ??

No, you cannot apply for GUJCET 2022 as last date which was 9th february 2022 for GUJCET 2022 has already passed.

Now, you need to wait for GUJCET 2023 application form release .
Once, the application form of GUJCET 2023 gets released you can fill it following the given below steps:-
--------------) Registration:- first of all you need to visit the official website i. e gseb.org (http://gseb.org/) and register yourself in order to generate your login credentials with the help of your mobile number, email id etc
--------------) Filling of the application form:- you need to fill your Academic , personal and contact details.
--------------) Upload your documents
-------------) Pay the application fee.
--------------) finally submit application form and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.
