I haven't given any national level exam as I have just completed my graduation in may. So am I eligible for the admission or next year ?

If you have not appeared for any entrance exam this year and you're planning to take admission for MBA then I'm afraid you have less chances of getting a college. Moreover in most of the good colleges admissions are already over. So you can definitely start your preparation for 2020 CMAT from now so you can get decent colleges next year.

And do try to get some test series because it really helps to manage your time and you'll get accustomed to the type of questions asked
