hi,

see as you did not get any mail form exam authority then you dont need to do correction in any thing in the form. however I would suggest you to check the spam folder of your email just for satisfaction ,if any mail is form neet pg exam authority or not. if you get no email regarding any issues of application form, then there is no correction needed.
