I haven't got my enrollment number Whenever I am giving my user id and password, it says that its incorrect.. please help

My admission was confirmed for june session 2021 for Master's program in ignou..I wanted to download my ID but they are asking for enrollment number which is not sent to me in email or my number. I am trying to login through my username and password but it keeps showing invalid..I don't know what to do now
