I haven't got my migration certificate yet,will it create any problem for me in online counselling for btech admission.

No, this will not create any problem. But in case if you face any problem during counselling, then you can just go to your school and they will provide you with the same once they get it from the respective board.
Also, you will not be required during online counselling, once you get admission into any college, then at the time of reporting in the college, you may be required to submit the same.
