i havent received my provisional degree certificate. Instead of that which document can i take for pgcet document verification?

According to the documents which are mentioned on the site, it says that you carry your orginal degree certificate / provisional degree certificate / course completion certificate.
It is compulosry to have that document during verification. I think you should try to approach your college and request them to give you you provisional/ original degree certificate.
