i havent submitted my 12th marksheet and last date was 5 june......what should i do now??

Don't be late in the paper works during admisson as this may result in cancellation of seat. Do express your reason for late submission to the authorities and ask for available favours soon as possible.

You have to be precise and punctual in the case of deadlines. Kindly contact the authorities as early as possible. Only they can help you regarding that.
