BLDE bijapur is a good medical college and if you have got a seat there in the first round itself then its better to join.Because the trend of counselling is quite eratic and nothing can be guessed accurately. So its better to join.

You can always join and then opt for upgradation at the college. That way you can still participate in round 2 and also hold a seat. If you get a better option in round 2 you can vacant your held seat and join the new college.

Regarding fee structure,

The annual fees for blde bijapur is 17lakhs/annum and the hostel dues are 9000/month.
