i hv completed my professional degree in 2015...and i apply with code 7 for neet ug then what shoul i mentioned in the gap certificate should i write about why i took gap after 12th or why i took gap after my degree.as per neet ug is adegree level course so what should i mention in gap certificate

Hello,

Gap certificate or Gap Affidavit is your declaration on the non-judicial stamp paper stating the reason for taking gap and declaration that you did not take admission to any other college, university or courses during the gap year. You can buy stamp certificates from any notary, sub-registrar offices, courts.

But i don't think NEET examination candidate have required for GAP certificate. But if they are mentioned application for GAP certificate theb you have to collect this. It may be take 2 or 3 buisness days.
