You have mentioned 600+ marks in your NEET Exam and Congratulations for this achievement.
You have really performed well in the Exams and Yes, You can get seat in the government college for sure and through EWS also, you can apply for the seat through counselling.
It might be tough also to get a seat, but till the last round of Counselling for the government colleges, you will get a seat for sure.
So, Kindly now register for the counselling process and try to get a seat in your preferred college with your course.

Going by last year's cutoffs ans your score and rank you have chances to get almost all the top Medical colleges of Jharkhand through EWS Category such as
